The Industrialdeak Programme guarantees a supply of industrial buildings suitable for business purposes in the Autonomous Community of Euskadi (E.A.E.) (The Basque Country).
In addition to the industrial bays themselves, we also provide companies with access to the properties at clearly reasonable prices, thanks to flexible finance formulae that reduce the financial burden that all industrial implementation represents.
At present, 22 Promotion Companies have been set up which correspond to the same number of Industrialdeak or Industrial Estates scattered over different locations in the Basque Country.
Abanto Zierbenako Industrialdea, S.A., set up on the 11th December 1985, was founded with the social objective of stimulating and promoting industrial initiative and investment by firstly building an Industrial Estate complex and, secondly, handling its exploitation and business implantation using a system of financial leasing with an option to purchase until such times as the title of the same is transferred some 6 or 9 years later. 
Our company’s first urban and construction venture resulted in our having 39,979 m2 of constructed surface area of industrial bays made available to us.
Later, a further 11,000 m2 of industrial bays and buildings were constructed on the "Granada" Industrial Estate in Ortuella, in addition to another site having a surface area of 1,215 m2.
In the year 2001, an office building was erected on the “El Campillo” Industrial Estate in Gallarta to help companies relocate by offering the sale and rent of both small workshop and garage-sized bays alike.
